天荒坪抽水蓄能电站上水库沥青混凝土r面板防渗层老化试验研究

     

摘要

The upper reservoir of TianHuangping Pumped Storage Station is the first large project in our country using asphalt concrete as the full-basin anti-seepage material which is an advanced technology widely applied abroad. The asphalt concrete panels project which has been running for 18 years began in June 1996,and completed in August 1997. To find out the aging situation of the asphalt concrete, drilling cores were carried out in 3 zones at different height. The 3 zones were intentionally chosen as the bare area above water perennially, the area with the water level fluctuating frequently and the area underwater perennially. The cores were cut into small beams, bending and tensile research were carried out, the results show that:( 1) the aging situation differ obviously in different zones, and deepen as the height of the core rise;( 2)the aging situation differ in different thickness of a same core,and deepen if the layer is closer to the surface. Accelerated aging tests show that even the surface layer of the asphalt concrete still have a long life as the anti-seepage structure.%天荒坪抽水蓄能电站上水库采用沥青混凝土面板全库盆防渗,为我国引进国外技术建造的第一座沥青混凝土防护工程;上水库沥青混凝土面板于1996年6月开始铺筑,1997年8月完工,面板运行至今已有近18年.为探索沥青混凝土的老化情况,分别对上水库常年裸露区、水位波动区、常年水下区的沥青混凝土防渗层进行了现场取芯,针对沥青混凝土不同层厚分别开展了小梁弯曲及小梁拉伸试验,研究成果表明:不同分区的老化程度差异性明显,常年裸露区老化最为显著,常年水下区老化最弱;沥青混凝土防渗层的层厚老化程度也呈现明显的差异性,表层老化较底部严重.沥青混凝土防渗层加速老化力学性能试验表明,天荒坪抽水蓄能电站上水库沥青混凝土面板即使老化最为严重的表层,仍具有较长的使用寿命.
