用混料设计法优化从钛白废酸中提取钪的萃取剂配比

         

摘要

By D‐optimal design method ,composite of extractant for extracting scandium from titanium white waste acid was optimized .The effect of different proportions of P204(5% -33% ) ,TBP(2% -30% ) and sulfonated kerosene(65% -93% ) on extraction of scandium was investigated ,which was evaluated by purification factor .Statistical analysis of experimental data using Design‐expert software was carried out to build a regression model for purification factor .The optimal proportion of 14 .80%P204+ 10 .40% TBP + 74 .80% sulfonated kerosene is found .The actual scores of the optimal formulation is 87 .965 ,and recovery rate is 99 .99% ,which meets good with the predictive value .The results show that the mixture design is feasibility and efficiency .%应用混料设计中的D‐最优设计,用不同组成(P2045%~33%,TBP 2%~30%,磺化煤油65%~93%)的萃取剂从钛白废酸中萃取钪,以纯化倍数为响应值,研究了复合萃取剂的组成对纯化倍数的影响。采用Design Expert统计软件分析数据,建立回归方程及目标优化,得到 P204、TBP和磺化煤油的优化配比为14.80% P204+10.40% TBP+74.80%磺化煤油。在最优配比条件下,纯化倍数可达88.057。按优化配方制备复合萃取剂并进行验证试验,结果纯化倍数为87.965,钪回收率为99.99%,与模型预测值接近。利用混料设计法对复合萃取剂进行优化配比可行、高效。
