香菇菌丝的生物学特性及其对线虫的作用

     

摘要

The growing situation of Lentinus edodes hypha in different culture mediums and the effect of Lentinus edodes hypha on nematodes were researched, and the control effect of Lentinus edodes hypha on Meloidogyne. Spp. On tomato was also studied in laboratory conditions. The results showed that the relative mortality of nematodes which were treated by hyphae on WA, CMA, OWA, PDA, CPD and PPDA was low, in which the relative mortality of nematodes on PPDA plate was the highest, and using the hyphae on PPDA plate Panagrellus redivivus to treat nematodes for 72 h, the relative mortality of nematode was 39.4%; the hyphae in different culture mediums had different growing rates and thick degrees, but all can produce crystal substance. The pot experiment showed that Lentinus edodes hyphae had no specific effect on Meloidogyne. Spp. On tomato, the inhibition ratio of root knot only was 18.18%, but it could promote the growth of tomato in some measure.%研究了香菇在不同培养基上菌丝的生长情况和菌丝对线虫的作用效果,并在温室条件下研究了香菇菌丝对番茄上根结线虫的防治效果.研究结果显示:WA、CMA、OWA、PDA、CPDA和PPDA菌丝处理的线虫相对死亡率均不高,其中PPDA平板上的线虫死亡率最高,其上菌丝作用(Panagrellus redivivus )72 h的线虫相对死亡率为39.4%;菌丝在不同培养基上的生长速度和疏密程度不同,但都能产生晶体物质.盆栽试验显示:香菇菌丝对番茄根结线虫的作用效果不好,根结抑制率仅18.18%,但对番茄生长有一定的促进作用.
