单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌(Listeria monocytogenes,IM)是主要食源性致病菌之一,可以引起严重的李斯特菌病.日益受到人们的重视,各种快速检测技术也迅速发展.综述了在单增李斯特菌检测时基于常规培养、分子生物学、免疫学和传感器的快速检测技术,并进行了探讨.%Listeria monocytogenes is one of the most important food -borne pathogens, which can cause serious listeriosis disease. So we pay more and more attention to it. A variety of rapid detection techniques have been developed rapidly. This paper summarized and discussed the rapid detection tec:hniques for Listeria monocytogenes that based on routine culture, molecular biology, immunology and sensor technology.
