武汉市蔬菜质量安全现状及对策研究

摘要

Vegetables are necessities in peopleˊs daily life and its quality is closely realted to national economy and the peo-pleˊs livelihood.As Chinaˊs first major economic crops,vegetables have made great development in recent years,but there are still some problems in vegetable quality and safety.This paper first analyzes the present situation of vegetable production and quality in Wuhan city,and then discusses the problems existing in the safe production of vegetables in wuhan city,finally proposes the de-velopment countermeasure of vegetables quality and safety.%蔬菜是是人们日常生活的必需品，其质量安全关系国计民生。蔬菜作为我国第一大经济作物，近年来取得了长足的发展，但是蔬菜质量安全问题时有发生。文章首先分析了武汉市蔬菜生产及质量安全现状，然后探讨了武汉市蔬菜安全生产中存在的问题，最后提出了蔬菜质量安全发展对策。
