高职体育院校专业竞技运动员文化教育现状调查--以山西体育职业学院为例

摘要

分析某高职体育学院竞技运动员文化教育的现状，认为院文化课专任教师的学历与职称结构合理，但仍需要依据不同运动队进行专项提升；通过文化教育使运动员学历在专科基础上向本科迈进；运动员学训时间安排仍需要重点重置；减少运动员对于其本身已有文化基础差这一消极因素的关注，使其更加积极地投入到今后的文化教育中来。%By analysis the situation of physical education of competitive athletes' in higher vocational colleges,the conclusions are followed: although academic and professional title structure is reasonable, but they still need to be improved based on different training teams; let education background of athletes move to the undergraduate college education through cultural education;athletes learning and training schedules still need to reset;reducing the attention of poor educations,make them more aggressively into the future education.
