以1名青少年套路运动员为研究对象,探讨心理技能训练对情绪状态的影响。实验数据表明,心理技能训练能较好的改善运动的积极情绪状态(心境状态、训练比赛满意感),降低消极情绪状态(心理疲劳、运动竞赛焦虑)。%It based on an adolescent routine athlete as a research object,in order to discuss psychological skill training has effect on the emotional state. Experimental data showed that the athlete all enhanced in Positive emotional state, included Profile of Mood State and Career Satisfaction ,and reduced in negative emotional state,included Athlete Burnout Questionnaire and Competitive State Anxiety inventory.
