不同年限日光温室土壤中有机质和氮素变化动态研究

         

摘要

Top soils and profile soils (1-100 cm) in heliogreenhouses of different planting years (1~30 years) were collected in Nianbo town of Ledu county and Dapuzi village in north zone of Xining. The dynamic change of soil organic matter and nitrogen in heliogreenhouses were studied. The content of organic matter, total nitrogen and available nitrogen of heliogreen-house soil were significantly higher than that of open soil. As the depth increasing, the content of NH4+-N decreased firstly, then increased. The content of NO3--N was very high in the surface, decreased as the depth increase, then became stable below 60 cm. With the increase of cultivation years, the content of NH4+-N only changed from 0.314 mg/L to 0.465 mg/L, while the content of NO3--N increased from 0.946 mg/L to 45.360 mg/L.%通过采集青海省西宁市城北区大堡子乡和乐都县碾伯镇种植1~30年日光温室蔬菜地耕层(0~20cm)土壤及剖面土壤(1~100 cm),分析了土壤中有机质和氮素含量.结果表明,日光温室耕层土壤有机质、全氮和速效氮含量明显高于露地土壤,较露地土壤增加11.31%~219.97%.对碾伯镇日光温室剖面土壤的分析显示,随着土层深度的增加,土壤中铵态氮含量呈现先下降后增加的态势;硝态氮在表层含量较高,0~60 cm内含量随深度的增加而下降;随着种植年限的增加,铵态氮含量总体上变幅较小,为0.314~0.465 mg/L;硝态氮含量变幅较大,为0.946~45.360mg/L.
