见血青多糖的抑菌活性与抗氧化性

         

摘要

The crude polysaccharide was extracted by hot-water extraction from Liparis nervosa (Thunb. Ex Murray) Lindl.; and its antimicrobial and antioxidant activities were evaluated by paper diffusion method, pyrogallol system and Fenton reaction. The polysaccharide showed no antimicrobial activity but a certain antioxidant effect. The hydroxyl radical scavenging rate was 4.4%~18.6% when concentration of polysaccharide from L. Nervosa was 0.1-2.0 mg/mL; while superoxide radical clearance rate was 4.3%~59.8% when 0.5~8.0 mg/mL polysaccharide from L. Nervosa was applied. The hydroxyl radical scavenging ablity of 8.0 mg/mL polysaccharide from L. Nervosa was 60.6% of that of VC at the same concentration.%采用热水提取法提取见血青[Liparis nervosa (Thunb.ex Murray) Lindl.]多糖,以滤纸片法测定多糖的体外抑菌活性;以邻苯三酚自氧化法、Fenton体系测定多糖清除自由基的能力.结果表明,见血青多糖对供试菌种生长未表现出抑制性,但具有一定的抗氧化性.0.1~2.0 mg/mL见血青多糖对超氧阴离子的清除率为4.4%~18.6%,0.5~8.0 mg/mL见血青多糖对羟自由基的清除率为4.3%~59.8%,8.0 mg/mL见血青多糖对羟自由基的清除能力相当于同等浓度维生素C(VC)的60.6%.
