细菌毒力与细菌数量对鸡胚致死率的影响

摘要

After gradient dilution of avian E.coli from different sources,the chicken embryo lethality was tested. The influence of bacterial virulence and number on the chicken embryo lethality was discussed. The results showed that bacterial count of E.coli in the range of 100 CFU and 1000 CFU, the P value (significance) between the bacterial count and their virulence is 0.590>0.05.It is suggested that there is no obvious relationship between the number of bacteria and chick mortality,chicken embryo lethality showed virulence crash.%将不同来源的鸡大肠杆菌梯度稀释后进行鸡胚致死率试验,探讨细菌毒力与细菌数量对鸡胚致死率的影响.结果表明,大肠杆菌菌数在100~1000 CFU范围内,菌数与其致病力间相关性不显著(P>0.05),鸡胚死亡率表现为菌株毒力的影响.
