The fermentation medium for highly toxic Bacillus sphaericus strain NBIM-311 against Culex quinquefasciatus was optimized through single factor screening and orthogonal experiments. The optimum medium was composed of 20.0 g/L fish meal,15.0 g/L corn steep liquor,60.0 g/L peanut meal,7.5 g/L yeast extract,1.0 g/L Calcium carbonate,0.3 g/L Magnesium sulphate and 0.1 g/L Potassium dihydrophosphate. The pilot fermentation of the strain was successfully carried out in 200 L and 5000 L fermentor,the LC50 of the fermentation broth were 0.963 mg/L and 0.852 mg/L respectively. The LC50 of the pre-pared raw powder obtained from post-treatment of the fermentation broth were 0.0189 mg/L and 0.0223 mg/L respectively.%利用单因素筛选和正交试验,对球形芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sphaericus)NBIM-311高毒菌株的发酵培养基进行优化,得到其最佳培养基配方为鱼粉20.0 g/L,玉米浆15.0 g/L,花生粕60.0 g/L,酵母膏7.5 g/L,碳酸钙1.0 g/L,硫酸镁0.3 g/L,磷酸二氢钾0.1 g/L.通过200 L和5000 L发酵罐分别发酵,发酵液对致倦库蚊致死中浓度分别为0.963 mg/L和0.852 mg/L;发酵液经过后处理所制备的原粉对致倦库蚊致死中浓度分别为0.0189 mg/L和0.0223 mg/L.
