返乡农民工创业影响因素分析——以杨凌示范区为例

以杨凌农业高新技术产业示范区为例,实证分析了返乡农民工创业行为的影响因素.结果显示,返乡农民工的人力资本、政策环境和家庭环境三方面因素中政策因素对返乡农民工创业影响明显.政策因素中,政府是否提供创业项目和是否提供资金支持对返乡农民工创业行为影响在所有因素中较大,达到显著水平.人力资本要素中的受教育程度、外出打工年限和职业技能培训情况对返乡农民工的创业行为有较大的影响.家庭环境中家庭收入水平和家庭劳动力人数对返乡农民工创业行为影响显著.%Taking Yangling agricultural high-tech industry demonstration zone as an example, the influencing factors of entrepreneurial behavior was analyzed. The results show that the policy factors of migrant workers' human capital, policy environment and family environment in three aspects have the most significant impact on migrant workers' entrepreneurship. Policy factors, whether the government to provide entrepreneurial projects and whether to provide financial support for the anti rural migrant workers entrepreneurial behavior in all the factors most significant. The education level, working time and vocational skills training have a greater impact on the entrepreneurial behavior of migrant workers. Family income level and family labor force in family environment have significant impact on entrepreneurial behavior of returning migrant workers.
