Edge city, as one rnof the inevitable products of rnhigh urbanization in rndeveloped countries,has rnattracted more and more rnattention.According to the rnrelated data of foreign rnstudies,this paper focuses on rnthe formation and rnmorphology of Edge City rnwhich can to provide rncertain refereces for our rnurbanization construction.%“边缘城市”(EdgernCity)作为发达国家在实现高rn度城市化之后所带来的郊区rn化现象的必然产物之一，已引rn起了越来越多的关注。作者根rn据国外研究的相关资料和成rn果，对边缘城市的形成和形态rn进行了重点的分析和比较，以rn期为我国今后的城市化建设rn提供一定的参照。
