PURPOSE: To provide a forming apparatus for three-dimensional shapes wherein it is intended to control the distance between the galvanomirror and the liquid level of photosetting resin in accordance with the size of a formative object to thereby ensure the appropriate positional accuracy and precision degree geometrically. ;CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus wherein optical formation is effected by the use of a galvanomirror 36 in the X-direction and a galvanomirror 37 in the Y-direction and then irradiating beams to the liquid level of photosetting resin solvent 11 in a tank 10, a forwarding screw 40 and a motor 41 are provided so as to make the distance variable between the galvanomirror 37 at the side of a final stage and the liquid level of the solvent 11 in the tank 10, thereby adjusting the distance in accordance with the size of a formative object and enabling the set of scanning radius arbitrarily.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
