当代关中农宅“低碳”更新综合技术策略浅析

摘要

该文以陕西关中地区农村典型传统及新建农宅为研究对象,通过实测记录其冬季室内外温度变化情况,以及模拟其围护结构热工性能变化情况等方式,揭示该地区农宅在更新建造过程中普遍存在的主要问题.在此基础上,进一步分析提出适合关中地区农宅的“低碳”更新综合技术策略,希望对类似地区农宅的低碳更新建设提供有益的参考和借鉴.%This paper tokes classical rural houses (both traditional and new buildings) of Guanzhong region in Shanxi province as objects of study.Through recording changes of the indoor and outdoor temperatures in the wintertime and simulating changes of thermal performance of their envelope structures,we figure out some commonly existed problems in the rural houses'renovation process in the investigated region.Based on this,we further analyze and recommend some "low-carbon" strategies for the renovation of rural houses in Guanzhong region,with the hope of providing references for the low-carbon renovation of rural houses in other regions that possesses similar conditions.
