基于主成分分析的绿色建筑价值创造影响因素研究——以东北三省地区为例

该文主要探究基于主成分分析的我国绿色建筑价值创造的主要影响因素,在剖析绿色建筑价值创造、六大方面影响因素的基础之上,运用主成分分析方法以东北三省区域为主要研究对象,借助专家评语得到绿色建筑价值创造的3个主要影响因素,即技术推动力、市场拉动力和环境规制力.然后通过哈尔滨市万达文化旅游城项目,说明现代绿色建筑在技术推动力、市场拉动力及环境规制力驱动下的经济价值、社会价值及生态价值.%In this paper, we explore the main influencing factors of value creation of green building in our country based on the principal component analysis. On the basis of green building value creation, six major influencing factors, we construct the index system of green building value creation influence factors. Then we use principal component analysis method and take the three provinces in northeast region as the main research object, with the aid of expert evaluation we obtain three main influencing factors of green building value creation, namely technology impetus, market constitution and environmental regulation.
