基于紧凑城市理论的哈密市城市空间结构研究

         

摘要

Urban spatial structure is the projection in land use of the main factor which constitutes the city economy, society and their interconnection. Compact spatial structure is conducive to intensive land use, to reduce urban operating costs, which is suitable for small and medium cities. Whether the urban space is compact can be compared through measuring the compact degree. Hami is one of the major emerging resource-based cities in China, although the city has a long history, it developed slowly. Because of the exploitation of oil and coal resources, it developed rapidly in nearly two or three decades. Taking Hami as an example, we measure the compactness in different years, then through the unique result we analyze the development context and the space's inflection. The purpose is to explore the development process, characteristics and rules of the spatial expansion about the emerging resource-based cities developed by the old-existing urban area, which is a good guidance and reference for the sustainable development of the emerging resource-based cities, it also has some reference value for other development cycle of resource-based cities.%城市空间结构是构成城市经济、社会等主要要素及其相互关联在土地使用上的投影.紧凑型空间结构有利于集约用地和降低城市运营成本,适合处于发展期的中小城市.城市空间是否紧凑可以通过紧凑度测度对比说明.哈密是我国主要的新兴资源型城市之一,虽建城历史悠久,但发展缓慢,近二三十年因石油和煤炭资源的开采才开始快速发展.该文以哈密为例,定量测度该市不同年份的空间紧凑度,并结合定性分析,研究哈密城市空间的发展脉络和影响因素.旨在以哈密为例,探究依托旧有城市建成区发展的新兴资源型城市空间拓展的过程和规律.这对处于成长期的资源型城市的可持续发展有很好的指导和借鉴意义,对其他发展周期的资源型城市也有一定的参考意义.
