历史建筑保护性修缮实践与思考--以孙中山行馆旧址保护性修缮项目为例

摘要

当前优秀历史建筑的保护与修缮工作任重道远，我们要做的不仅是对建筑本体的修缮，更需要结合国际上主流的历史建筑保护和干预原则。本文通过对孙中山行馆保护性修缮案例的分析，来思考在历史建筑多方面的价值中，如何体现其精神价值，以及修缮实施过程中关于一些传统手工艺匠人培养的思考。%Since the outstanding historical buildings' protection and renovation is an arduous and long-term task, what we have to do is not only to renovate the buildings, but also makes a combination of the international mainstream historical building protection and the intervention principles to renovate. This article considers the various values of historical buildings and how to exhibit its spiritual values through analyzing the case of the protective renovation on Sunzhongshan's Living Site. It also makes the readers to think about the cultivation of some traditional craftsmen in the operation of renovation.
