全面质量管理在医院自然科学基金项目管理中的应用

摘要

目的 将全面质量管理(TCQ)应用于医院国家自然科学基金项目(NSFC)管理中,规范医院NSFC过程管理.方法 对NSFC流程进行调查,找出流程中的关键环节,以此为质控点,对NSFC进行全面质量监管,对过程进行统一管理.结果 改善医院NSFC存在的问题,提高对NSFC的过程的管理控制.结论 将TCQ应用于医院NSFC的管理中,有利于规范NSFC全过程的管理,实现由事后管理向事先管理的转变.%Objective To apply the total quality management in the management of hospitals Natural Science Foundation p(NSFC)rejects, and to standardize the process management of NSFC. Methods We investigated the process of NSFC, and found the key steps as the quality control point. Results The total quality management resolved the problems in the NSFC of hospital, and improved and controlled the process management of NSFC. Conclusion The application of total quality management in NSFC of hospital can standardize the management of the whole process, which will turn the management mode from after - management to prior management.
