提升任职教育案例教学的自主性,是提升卫生管理专业教学质量的一个重要途径.实践中受传统教与学的思想束缚,加上案例设计缺乏"同课异构",影响了教学的自主性效果.为此,应转变教学管理者、实施者和学习者的观念,倡导以学员为主体的教学理念;加强案例建立过程中的系统性设计,实现按学情施教.%It is an important way to enhance teaching quality by improving autonomous status in case teaching.But in practice, being limited to the traditional teaching idea, and the lack of general design of the case for students of different post demands, the effect of autonomous status was not well.To solve this problem, the manager, the teacher and the student should change the teaching idea.At the same time, the systematic design should be paid attention to realize the teaching accompany with the demands.
