摘要

以医师培训作为对口支援工作的核心环节，对细节进行完善，提高培训流程的连续性和协调性。骨干医师的主动性、积极性、创造性得以提升，导师的启发式教学和学科交叉课程，促进师生的互动作用，培训人员的临床专业水平和综合素质获得较大提升。%The elite physician training is centered to the constructive hospital support project .So we set the emphasis on the improvement of the continuity and coordination of the training process , thus the trained physi-cian was proactive and creative , and their mutual communication was encouraged by instructive teaching and inter-disciplinary programs , and their clinical knowledge and comprehensive competence were both improved .
