军医大学军体教员队伍现况分析

摘要

军医大学军体教员的人数、年龄结构已成为影响教学的一个重要因素。本文着重从军医大学军体教员的结构现状、导致的原因以及构建合理的教员队伍等方面进行剖析。以期缓解军医大学军体教员队伍不合理的现状，解决影响军体教学的师资力量配备问题，提高军体训练的效果。%The total numbers and age structure of military sports teachers group in military medical univer-sities have become important factors which seriously affected teaching quality.The article analyzed the situation from three aspects, the current structure, possible causes and how to reasonably construct the teachers group of mil-itary medical universities.So as to improve the unreasonable situation of military training teachers group in military medical universities, solve the problems of teachers'equipment which obstructed the training quality, and improve the effects of military training.
