军队文职人员招聘面试规范的建立

     

摘要

Objective To normalize the interview process and method of employing civilian personnel. Method We formulated the evaluation criteria, established the security organization and process, implemented se-curity drill and exam training, and carried interview assessment.Result We established the interview questions, formulated the basic security mode, compiled the training manual of examiners, standardized the training program, completed the interview, and made the teaching tapes.Conclusion We established the basic support mode and explored the interview process and standard for the interview of employing civilian personnel in the army.%目的:探讨规范军队文职人员招聘面试的流程与办法。方法制定考核标准;成立保障组织;建立保障流程;实施保障演练;落实考前培训;实施面试考核。结果建立文职人员统一招聘面试题库;形成文职人员统一招聘面试基本保障模式;编写文职人员统一招聘面试《考务人员培训手册》;规范文职人员统一招聘面试考务人员培训程序;完成文职人员统一招聘面试各项程序;制作文职人员统一招聘面试示范教学录像片。结论建立军队文职人员招聘面试考区基本保障模式,对规范军队文职人员招聘面试程序和标准进行有益探索。
