基于 JCI 的医疗中心建设

摘要

随着医改深入以及多元化办医格局形成，三甲医院面临多种管理“瓶颈”，为适应改革需求和医院发展自身需求，新疆医科大学第一附属医院在创建 JCI 国际医疗机构过程中，探索性构建医疗中心管理模式，旨在整合资源，促进学科发展，提高核心竞争力。本文将对医疗中心管理模式助推学科发展实践探讨。%Along with the deepening health reform and diversified medical investing way, level -three grade-A hospital is facing various management bottleneck.In order to adapt to the reform and development of hospital, the first affiliated hospital to Xinjiang medical university built medical center management mode in the process of cre-ating JCI, which aimed to integrate resources,promote the development of the discipline ,and enhance core competi-tiveness.The article explored the medical center management model to promote the discipline development .
