某院儿科医师工作满意度调查

             

摘要

目的 调查分析北京某三级儿科医院医师基本情况及工作满意度,提出提高工作满意度的针对性建议.方法 采用分层抽样法选取69名医师,使用明尼苏达满意度量表开展问卷调查,运用统计学方法分析医师工作满意度及其与基本情况的相关关系.结果 工作总体满意度较高,内在满意度高于外在满意度;女性儿科医师工作满意度高于男性;35岁以下儿科医师工作满意度较低;工作满意度随着工作年限的增加,总体呈现出先上升,后下降的趋势;工作满意度随着职称的晋升,总体呈现出先上升,后下降的趋势.结论 对不同组别儿科医师的特点,应采取不同的措施提高其工作满意度,以提升医院医疗服务质量,保持医师队伍稳定.%Objective To investigate and analyze the basic situation and job satisfaction of pediatricians in a tertiary children's hospital in Beijing, so as to propose corresponding advice on improving their job satisfaction . Methods A total of 69 pediatricians were selected with stratified random sampling method to carry out a survey using the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire .Statistical methods were adopted to analyze the correlation between job satisfaction and basic situation of the pediatricians .Results Overall job satisfaction of pediatricians in the children's hospital was relatively high, while inherent satisfaction was higher than external satisfaction .Female ped-iatricians showed a higher job satisfaction , compared with male pediatricians.Pediatricians under the age of 35 showed a lower job satisfaction, compared with pediatricians in other age groups .Generally, with the increase of work experience, job satisfaction rose at first and declined afterward , and job satisfaction rose as the professional ti -tle was promoted at first and declined afterward.Conclusion Different countermeasures should be adopted in con -sideration of the characteristics of different groups of pediatricians , so as to improve the job satisfaction and the quality of medical service, as well as to stabilize the physician team .
