军民融合后军队医院经济管理的问题

         

摘要

军队医院参与军民融合医改势在必行.新医改产生诸多新生的外部经济现象,使军队医院经济管理面临新的矛盾问题.应抓住军民融合医改重要机遇,在医改政策对接、"收支两条线"配套政策落实、经济管理精准管控、防范财务风险、用好薪酬政策等方面进行主动创新,适应卫生经济形势变化,保障军队医院稳步发展.%It is imperative for military hospitals to participate in civil-military integrated healthcare reform, from which many new external economic phenomena emerged.As a result, economic management of military hospitals are confronted with new conflicts and problems.Therefore, military hospitals should grasp the opportunity of civil-military integrated healthcare reform to seek initiative innovation in connection of healthcare policies, implementation of revenue and expenditure separation, precise control of economic management, prevention of financial risks and full utilization of salary policy, so as to get adapted to changes in health economic situation and ensure steady development of military hospitals.
