Shall be carried out measures on cooling of the preform to a solid state to provide rigidity of additional corrosion of shell, received, and after making the preform of the internal configuration of the tank and cool it, provide a connection inside the cavity of the polymeric material obtained at the end of the blank to the internal dimensions of the tank, with internal cavities of incoming/outgoing pipelines by mechanical and/or a thermal method. Blanks are made of a material which does not react with the fuel or other volatile components of said fuel or directly with aggressive facilities/liquids. In the case of planning of installation in a tank two or more workpieces the said preform shall be made from either the same material or from different materials which do not react with the fuel or other volatile components of said fuel or directly with aggressive facilities/liquids.
