推进边疆军队医院健康发展的思考

摘要

Under the restriction of geographical location, social conditions and the challenge of rapid de-velopment of local hospitals,how to identify the characteristics and laws of the development of frontier military hos-pitals and promote the scientific and healthy development of the hospital have become urgent problems to be solved. Combining with the practice of hospital development,this paper put forward some methods,such as adhering to the right direction and planning scientifically, highlighting the key points of construction and implementing the basic work firmly,integrating all kinds of resources and strengthening the overall advancement and so on.%在地理位置、社会条件等因素限制和地方医院快速发展的挑战下,找准边疆军队医院发展的特点规律,推动医院科学健康发展,已成为医院迫切需要解决的问题.文章结合医院发展实践,提出坚持正确方向,科学统筹谋划;突出建设重点,狠抓基础性工作落实;整合各种资源,强化整体推进等方法.
