蝴蝶兰组织培养的研究进展

摘要

从外植体选择出发，阐述了培养基、激素以及其他添加物对蝴蝶兰类原球茎诱导、增殖以及分化等的影响，概述了蝴蝶兰组织培养的研究进展，为蝴蝶兰研究提供了一定的参考依据、%Starling from introducing explants selection of Phalenopsis, the effects of explants sources, cuhure mediums, hormones and nulrition compositions on muhiplication and differentiationof protocorm-like body of Phalaenopsis spp. were described. The research progress of tissue culture were reviewed. And some reference materials were also provided for further study in tissue culture of Phalaenopsis spp.
