The device for culturing liver tissue includes a culture chamber to which at least two flow paths for introducing and discharging a medium are connected. A gel serving as a scaffold for cells is accommodated in the culture chamber. A co-culture system containing endothelial cell lines, hepatocyte cells and mesenchymal cells is co-cultured on the gel so as to have a tubular structure.
