The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cell culture scaffold and the like with which the same mechanical stimulation as under an organism environment can be applied to a substance to be cultured, such as cells, a colony, or a tissue. Provided is a cell culture scaffold comprising a transducer that has a dielectric and a pair of electrodes sandwiching the dielectric and that converts electrical energy to mechanical energy. The transducer is capable of isotropic telescoping motion.
