大型浮式起重机运行智能监控系统设计

         

摘要

With strengthening of operational safety of large-scale floating crane as background, the paper proposes a design method of intelligent monitoring system for operation of large-scale floating crane. Using the hardware platform based on ARM and DSP, and through coordination of ARM + DSP, the system is able to collect sensing data and realize the compression and storage of video images, with circulating storage of 10 minutes for sensing data and video images. The system can provide reliable scientific reference for analyzing and judging the operating states of large-scale floating crane and its accidents , with provision of technical functions of accident forewarning and remote fault diagnosis as well.%以加强大型浮式起重机运行安全性为背景,提出一种大型浮式起重机运行智能监控系统的设计方法.该系统采用基于ARM和DSP的硬件平台,通过ARM+ DSP的协调,实现传感数据采集与视频图像的压缩和存储,能够循环存储10 min的传感数据与视频图像.本系统的应用可为分析、判断大型浮式起重机运行状态及其安全事故提供可靠的科学依据,并能提供事故前兆预警以及远程故障诊断等技术功能.
