通过对6250系列船用四冲程中速柴油机的研究,从热力学角度分析了其气缸盖裂纹产生的原因,并结合激光熔覆表面处理技术,提出了通过在缸盖触火面熔覆一层镁钙系耐热材料的方式来改善盖触火面热应力集中和燃气腐蚀问题,并在此基础上进行了试验,验证了该改进方案的可行性。%Through the research on 6250-serial 4-stroke marine medium speed diesel engine,the paper analyzes the cause of cracks on the cylinder cover from the thermodynamic point of view,proposes to improve the thermal stress concen-tration and gas corrosion on the cover fire-contact face by coating a layer of MgO-CaO thermal-resistant material in combina-tion with laser melting coating treatment technology,with test performed based on this,verifying feasibility of the improved solution.
