搬运机械手的改装研究

摘要

The paper introduces the design research on overall refitting of a handling mechanical arm system.The whole refit scheme is made according to the production demand.Detailed design is made for the air-operated system and PLC control system.Virtual assembly and simulation is performed in Pro/E software.After site transformation,commissio-ning,and put into service,the mechanical arm has solved practical problems and created benefits.%介绍一种搬运机械手系统的整体改装设计研究，根据生产需要形成了整体改装方案，同时对气动系统、PLC控制系统进行了详细设计并利用Pro/E软件进行虚拟装配及仿真，现场改装调试成功并已投入生产，解决了实际问题，创造了效益。
