基于 Hypermesh 的双臂架移动式装车机结构有限元分析

摘要

利用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立了双臂架移动式装车机系统的三维模型, 导入Hypermesh有限元分析软件建立有限元模型并对装车机系统多种工况进行静强度、 疲劳强度及防倾覆安全计算, 为装车机系统结构设计的可靠性提供充分依据.%The 3D modeling software SolidWorks is used to develop the 3D model for the dual-arm movable car loader system.The finite element model is developed for static strength, fatigue strength, and overturn-preventing safety calcula-tion in Hypermesh, providing sufficient basis for reliability design of the car loader system.
