A finite element analysis-based application system for a hydraulic machine cylinder (4) and a machine frame structure (1) comprises a PLC control panel (2) provided at the machine frame structure (1). Complete mathematical models of the hydraulic machine cylinder (4) and the machine frame structure (1) and constraint relationships of respective joints therebetween are provided in the finite element analysis module (3). An infrared displacement sensor (5), a pressure sensor (6), and a timer (7) are provided at each of the respective joints where the hydraulic machine cylinder (4) and the machine frame structure (1) are connected to form a detection module. Each timer (7) is connected to the corresponding pressure sensor (6). Each infrared displacement sensor (5) and each pressure sensor (6) are directly connected to the PLC control panel (2). The finite element analysis-based application system realizes comprehensive constraint and monitoring of the hydraulic machine cylinder (4) and the machine frame structure (1), thereby providing improved real-time monitoring performance with respect to the hydraulic machine cylinder (4) and the machine frame structure (1).
