An application system of a hydraulic machine cylinder (4) and a body frame structure (1) based on finite element analysis, comprising a PLC control panel (2) disposed on the body frame structure (1). A finite element analysis module (3) is embedded in the PLC control panel (2). A complete mathematical model of the hydraulic machine cylinder (4) and the body frame structure (1) and restraint relationships among joints between the hydraulic machine cylinder (4) and the body frame structure (1) are disposed in the finite element analysis module (3). An infrared displacement sensor (5), a pressure sensor (6), and a timer (7) are disposed at each connection joint of the hydraulic machine cylinder (4) and the body frame structure (1) so as to form a detection module. Each timer (7) is connected to the corresponding pressure sensor (6). Each infrared displacement sensor (5) and pressure sensor (6) are directly connected to the PLC control panel (2). The application system implements complete constraint monitoring of the hydraulic machine cylinder and the body frame structure, and improves the real-time monitoring capability of the hydraulic machine cylinder and the body frame structure.
