针对36 t U形门式起重机大车运行机构起制动时, 结构晃动严重、 司机容易疲劳作业的问题, 提出了加固支腿、 下横梁的结构改造方案. 采用Ansys有限元分析软件, 建立了起重机的有限元模型, 通过模态计算对加固前后起重机的固有频率及振型进行分析与比较, 采用瞬态动力学分析方法, 计算加固前后起重机制动时司机室位置的加速度. 计算结果表明, 加固方案提高了起重机的固有频率, 降低了起重机制动时司机室的加速度.%In view of the problem of serious shaking and fatigued operation of drivers occurring at starting and braking of 36 t U-shaped gantry crane, the paper puts forwards the modification program that reinforces the leg and bottom end rail. The paper uses the Ansys finite element software to develop the finite element model for the crane, analyzes and compares the inherent frequency and vibration mode of the crane before and after reinforcement, and adopts the transient dynamic a-nalysis method to calculate the acceleration of the driver' s cab at crane braking before and after reinforcement.The calcu-lation result shows that the reinforcement program improves the inherent frequency of the crane and reduces the acceleration of the driver' s cab.
