The tire-type portal crane of the present invention is a tire-type portal crane for loading and unloading containers, while making an intra-lane movement along a predetermined traveling lane laid on a container yard, and also making an inter-lane movement between a plurality of the traveling lanes, in which electricity is supplied from an outer power source arranged at each of the traveling lanesduring the intra-lane movement, and a power supply container having a power supply section for supplying electricity and a housing for accommodating the power supply section is mounted to supply electricity from the power supply container during the inter-lane movement.
