刮板输送机模型建立对 EDEM 仿真结果的影响因素分析

摘要

EDEMis the particle mechanics simulation software based on discrete element technology.Establishment of the parametric model has significant effect on truth and correctness of the simulation result.With the scraper conveyer as an example,effect of parametric setting of the model on the simulation result is analyzed,focusing on specific analysis of its effect on the time step,in order to further get true and correct result through simulation using the EDEMsoftware.%EDEM是一款基于离散元技术的颗粒力学仿真软件，参数化模型的建立对仿真结果的真实性和准确性有重要的影响，以刮板输送机的仿真为例，对模型参数化设定对仿真结果的影响进行探讨，并着重对时间步长的影响进行了具体分析，以便今后运用 EDEM软件进行仿真可以得到较真实和准确的结果。
