门式起重机电控系统监测装置设计

摘要

提出研制起重机电控系统安全监测装置的设计,结合传感技术及嵌入式技术对电控系统运行状态进行多方面监测.论述了监测装置总体方案、组成、主要性能和技术参数,完成了系统的硬件和软件设计,说明了该装置在门式起重机上试用的效果及主要特点.该系统具有较高的精度和可靠性,能实时监测电控系统运行参数并记录起重机工作控制全过程,为门式起重机日常维护和事故判定提供数据支持.%The paper presents the design of safety monitoring device for electronic control system of crane and proposes comprehensive monitoring of operation of electronic control system by using sensing technology and embedded technology. The paper also deals with the overall scheme, composition, main performance and technical parameters of the monitoring device, works out the hardware and software design of the system and describes the effect of the device on portal crane and its main features. The system, highly accurate and reliable, is capable of monitoring operating parameters of the electronic control system in real time and recording the entire crane running and control process, which can provide large amounts of data for daily maintenance and accident judgment of portal crane..
