“国家建设高水平大学”公派研究生项目的实践与探索——以北京师范大学为例

自2007年开始,在推进＂人才强国战略＂的政策之下,以我国49所大学的研究生为对象、为期5年的＂国家建设高水平大学＂公派研究生项目开始实施。本文以北京师范大学为例,针对该项目2007—2008年度的实施情况及特点进行尝试性的考察与梳理,分析与总结该项目在北京师范大学实施所取得的成绩与不足,以期对我国当下的教育改革尤其是研究生教育改革有所助益。%Since 1997,under the promoting ＂the Strategy of Reinvigorating China through Talents＂,a five-year government postgraduate program of ＂Nation-building High Level Universities＂ has started to implement,which takes China＇s 49 universities as targets.Taking Beijing Normal University as an example,the paper explores the implementation and characteristics of the program during 2007-2008,analyzes and concludes the results and shortages obtained by Beijing Normal University,in order to help the current educational reform,especially the reform of postgraduate education.
