平衡计分卡的平衡逻辑性对各类组织都有一定参考性和适用性,高校也不例外。文章建立了平衡计分卡视角下以社会服务、科学研究、教学工作和组织建设四维为基础的三级59项指标,并以国内22所工业大学为样本,利用熵值法确定指标权重,进行绩效评价,从四维均衡角度提出6条目标提升路径,结合区域空间和战略定位,提出高校目标管理内外兼修、中间突破和刚柔并济三种路径模式。%The balanced logicality of the Balanced Scorecard is referential and applicable to all kinds of organizations,and universities are no exception. This paper has established 3 levels and 59 indicators with the foundation of four dimensions of social service,scientific research,teaching,and organization building from the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard,and uses the Entropy Method to determine the weight of indexes and process performance appraisal by taking 22 technology universities as samples. Moreover,dividing six paths of objective ascension and combining with the regional space and strategic position,the paper comes up with the three path patterns of managing goals internally and externally,breaking through the middle,and combining hardness with softness.
