废油脂生物油替代量对沥青混合料的影响

             

摘要

针对废油脂生物油(简称生物油)以不同比例(0%、2%、4%、6%及8%)取代传统沥青,进行马歇尔沥青配比设计与相关试验,评估生物油取代沥青的适用性.研究结果发现,生物油取代量过大会导致粘度下降,易造成生物油与沥青发生析离的现象.另外,生物油取代量大于4%时其粘度、稳定度及流值都有明显下降的趋势,因此4%以下生物油取代量的沥青混凝土稳定性及力学性会较佳.从初步结果可知,生物油应用于沥青虽具有潜在的可行性,但须进一步研究与探讨方可确认其未来是否可用于实际工程中.%The traditional asphalt was replaced with waste oil bio oil (bio oil) in different proportions (0%, 2%, 6%, 4% and 8%), in order to assess the applicability of asphalt replaced by different levels of bio oil, the Marshall mix design and the related mechanical tests are performed in this study.The test results show that the viscosities of reclaimed asphalt concrete decrease with the increase level of bio oil replacement.Moreover, when the bio-oil substitution is more than 4%, the viscosity, stability and flow value of the asphalt concrete would decrease.Hence, the better performances in stability and mechanical properties of asphalt concrete are obtained, and it suggests that the bio oil replacement should be less than 4%.From the preliminary results, it can be seen that the application of bio-oil to asphalt has potential feasibility, but further research and exploration should be done to confirm whether it can be used in practical engineering.
