骨架密实型沥青混合料实用设计方法

摘要

The paper provides a new design of skeletal dense asphalt mixture,the design is based on the results of aggregate screening,combined with dry tamping density of coarse aggregates to carry out structural design.in the process the design adjusts the gradation with double paremeter to avoid the sec-ond step of gradation design,through setting the impact factors,observing changes of porosity and facets of samples to judge the conditions of skeleton.This method is practical and easily understood.%提出了一种新的骨架密实级配沥青混合料的实用设计方法，方法以矿料筛分结果为基础、以粗集料干捣实密度作为粗集料骨架设计指标进行骨架结构设计，采用粗细集料级配双向调整避免了级配设计过程中的二次设计步骤，通过计算影响系数、对比试件空隙率变动和切面观测三种方法科学直观判别沥青混凝土骨架形成状况，在实际工程中简单易行，整套方法具有实用性特点。
