试论我国高职特色大学精神的培育

摘要

高职院校大学精神在具备共性大学精神的一般特征外，还拥有自身的特色。这种特色既与高职院校发展过程中所形成的独特高职文化一脉相承，也表现在高职人才培养定位上的职业精神、高职所处地域的区域精神，以及学校在自身发展历程中所形成的精神气质等方面。为培育高职特色大学精神，需要结合学校办学实际来找准自身大学精神的定位，通过大力宣传使大学精神得到学校广大师生员工的认同，努力寻找、充分发掘有利于大学精神培育的资源和载体，通过制度建设来提升和改善学校整体管理水平，夯实大学精神的基础。%The university spirit of higher vocational colleges not only has the general characteristics of a common level, hut its own characteristics. These characteristics are related to the culture and spirit of higher vocational colleges formed in the process of the development, professional spirit in talents cultivating and regional spirit. To cultivate university spirit of higher vocational college, the vocational colleges have to find their own position of the university spirit. They must try to get teachers" and students" identity and find the resources and carriers which can help too cultivate university spirit. Above all, the vocational colleges must enhance system construction and improve the comprehensive management to strengthen the foundation of university spirit.
