试论高职院校大学精神校本化的培育路径

摘要

The university spirit is the highest standard of behavior as well as the core competitiveness in a u-niversity. According to the current exploration and virtual research, the cultivation of university spirit has been deeply concerned in high vocational institute . The essay analyzes the fact that spirit in high vocational institute not only reflects the common connotation just as academic university, but also reflects its own cul-tural characteristics. Four kinds of cultivation paths of university spirit are expounded from the perspective of school-based in high vocational institute, just taking Suzhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology as an example.%大学精神是大学行为的最高准则及核心竞争力。综观当前高职文化建设理论与实证研究，高职院校大学精神的培育已受到深度关注。高职院校大学精神既要体现学术类大学精神的共性内涵，又要依据高职文化的特征体现自身的特色；以苏州健雄职业技术学院为例，阐述高职院校大学精神校本化培育的四大路径。
