中外合作办学是高等教育国际化的必然趋势，也是提升高校教育教学质量的有效途径。通过总结天津市q-外合作办学的特点，分析其优、劣势，并对天津市中外合作办学提出针对性建议，以供政府相关部门和有关高校参考借鉴。%Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is inevitable trend of higher education internationalization and effective ways of improving education & teaching quality in universities and colleges. This article introduces features of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in Tianjin, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.
