基于就业能力提升的高职思想政治理论课考核模式研究

摘要

高职院校人才培养的要求和教育对象的特点决定了思想政治理论课考核以促进学生就业能力提升为导向的必要性。目前思想政治理论课考核模式在一定程度上阻碍了学生就业能力的提升,因此有必要完善思想政治理论课考核,创新其形式,用能力考核改革代知识考核,用过程性考核代替终结性考核,用考核反馈引导学生注重能力,以此促进学生就业能力的提升。%Talents cultivating objective of higher vocational college and the characteristics of educational object decide on the necessity of promoting employment ability in the ideological and political courses evaluation. Traditional ideological and political courses evaluation system hinders promoting employment ability to a certain extent. As a result, it is necessary to perfect course evaluation by innovation of its form, ability evaluation instead of knowledge evaluation, process evaluation instead of ultimate evaluation and leading students to pay attention to ability through evaluation feedback, so as to promote their employment ability.
