论高职院校英语教师的行业化培养

摘要

Professional training of English teachers is an effective way to solve the problem the shortage of ESP teachers in higher vocational colleges. This paper explores the feasibility and effective training measures of professional training of English teachers through comparative analysis of difficulties and feasibility of ESP teachers training between English teachers and some professional teachers with good English who are two main sources of ESP teachers in higher vocational colleges.%高职院校英语教师的行业化培养是解决目前行业英语师资不足的有效途径。通过对目前高职院校行业英语课程的英语教师和部分英语较好的专业教师两大主要师资来源培养难度及可行性对比分析表明，英语教师行业化培养具有较大可行性，并分析了英语教师行业化的有效培养措施。
